Why Choose Us
What you get that most AI consultancies don't offer
Specific scope. Post-launch adjustment. Plain pricing. A second look every quarter. These are the parts that make a setup useful after the first month.

Six things studios notice after working with us
Scope that doesn't grow by accident
Every setup comes with a written one-page scope note. You know before the build what the setup handles and what it won't touch. Changes to scope are renegotiated, not assumed.
Quarterly adjustment included
Most setups drift within three months. The quarterly review is not an add-on — it's the part where we fix that. Template updates, tone corrections, re-routing of unusual cases.
Transparent, flat pricing
Three setups, three prices, listed on the website. No custom quotes that balloon. No platform subscriptions hidden in the small print. RM 123, RM 398, or RM 588 — that's the setup cost.
One person from start to review
You deal with the same person for the scoping conversation, the build, the handover, and the quarterly review. No tickets, no account managers, no handoffs.
Built from your existing work
The brief assistant uses your past briefs. The intake desk uses your actual question set. Nothing starts from a generic template — it starts from what you've already been doing.
An honest stop if it's not working
The quarterly review can end with a recommendation to stop a setup if it's no longer earning its subscription. We'd rather say that clearly than let you keep paying for something that's not useful.
Expertise
We understand made-to-order work specifically
Generic AI consultancies know about AI. We know about AI and about the operational patterns of small creative studios — intake bottlenecks, brief clarity problems, the particular challenge of made-to-order where no two jobs are identical. That context shapes every setup we build.
- We've built setups for batik studios, embroidery shops, and custom textile makers across Selangor
- We understand the difference between an intake question and a pricing negotiation
- Setup language is calibrated to your industry, not pulled from a general corpus
Canting Note
We're not a full-service AI agency. If you need a CRM, a customer portal, or a recommendation engine, we're not the right fit. We do three things. They're narrow because narrow is what works long-term.
Canting Note
We don't tie you to a proprietary platform. The setups work through tools you already use — WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email — wherever your enquiries already arrive.
Technology
Technology chosen for durability, not novelty
Every tool we use in a setup is chosen because it's stable, maintainable, and doesn't require a separate subscription to keep running. We favour things that still work if we're not in the room.
- Integrates with existing messaging and admin tools
- No locked-in platforms or proprietary subscriptions
- Handover note explains every component — you can maintain it if needed
Customer Service
Accessible after go-live, not just before
The post-sale experience at most consultancies is a support inbox. Ours is the same person who did the build checking in every three months — and available by phone or email when something looks off between reviews.
- Replies to questions within one working day
- Structured quarterly review, not ad hoc check-ins
- Clear escalation path for anything the setup can't handle
Value
Priced for studios that think in Ringgit
Pricing is flat and listed publicly. RM 123 for the brief assistant, RM 398 for the intake desk, RM 588 for the quarterly review. No retainer, no seat-based licensing, no hidden platform costs.
- Flat fee per setup — no ongoing license fees
- Quarterly review priced separately and plainly
- Malaysian pricing, Malaysian tax

Distinctive Features
Things we do that others don't
The resist line in every scope
Every scope note uses a visual separator — the resist line — to separate included from excluded with equal prominence. What the setup won't do is written as clearly as what it will. This prevents scope creep and miscommunication.
Canting notes on overlooked details
Alongside each setup, we flag things that are easy to overlook — edge cases, seasonal changes in enquiry volume, staff turnover that affects tone calibration. These appear as canting notes in the handover document.
Pattern reporting from staff corrections
During quarterly reviews, we look specifically at where staff have been overriding the AI output. Repeated corrections in the same area are a signal the setup needs adjustment, not the staff. We track and fix these.
Hard routing for unusual cases
Every intake setup includes a rule that routes unusual enquiries — large orders, rush timelines, special materials — directly to a person. The AI doesn't try to handle what it can't handle reliably.
